Some of the differences are these

There’s a scene where the ballet dancer talks to Ricky Ricardo

when Lucy rehearses the comedy scene, Fred is the teacher and not the other guy who had a pie

Fred’s old partner is named JIM Kurtz and not Ted Kurtz (in Mertz and Kurtz, his name would be Barney).

the Tropicana scene is has Lucy learning that there’s a ballet number and not a comedy number by Fred.

There is NO scene where Lucy walks back into the Ricardo apartment and gets soaked with water.
