While browsing and sorting threads in the One Season Wonders forum, I came across some threads for sitcoms that never aired on a U.S. broadcast network. I reconstructed some of these forums for unaired sitcoms after 2002. I'm not sure if some of these had any additional episodes produced after the pilot.

Wikipedia has a List of television series canceled before airing an episode.

I'll look into it more later, but I thought of the Britcom "Heil Honey I'm Home!" from 1990.

Only the pilot aired and 7 eps. remain unaired.
