[We see Janet's father sitting in a dark hotel room, there is one lamp on and he is reading the newspaper. He hears the wind beat against the terrace window then he hears glass break]

Janet's Father: Is anyone there? If someone's there I'll call the management...I payed for this room and breaking and entering is not allowed.

[He turns around to see a figure in black with a white mask]

Janet's Father: Who are you what do you want from me??!?!

[He starts to step away..]

Janet's Father: Please...Please don't hurt me. Leave me alone please!

[The killer walks him all the way to the door, the killer raises a frying pan.]

Janet's Father: NOOOOOOOOOOOO!

[The killer hits him on the head with it repeatedly, then exits through the terrace window and runs down the fire escape, and disappears into the night]

[The Next Morning at Apartment 201]

Janet: Oh Jack, I'm so excited for our wedding and I'm so happy that we were able to move back in here!

Jack: Me too, I can't believe the wedding is only two weeks away!

[The doorbell rings]

[Janet answers the door and a man wearing a trench coat is there.]

Janet: Can I help you?
Police Commander Chris Carver: Hello, I'm Police Commander Chris Carver of the Santa Monica Police Department. Are you Janet Wood?
Janet: Yes, is something wrong?
Chris: Unfortunately, there is. Your father while staying at the Santa Monica Motel passed away last night.
Janet: Oh my gosh! [tears stream down her face]
Jack: Is everything alright?
Janet: No..my dad died last night...Do you know what the cause of death was?
Chris: Yes..sadly, your father was the victm of murder...
Janet: MURDER? Why would anyone want to kill my father he was always such a nice man...
Chris: I do have good news though, I just saved a bunch of money on my car insurance by switching to Geico.
Jack: That is some good news.
Janet: Yes...
Chris: We're still running an investigation on possible suspects..I have to go now, sorry about your father.
Janet: Thank you.
[Chris leaves]
Janet: Great, now we have to plan a funeral now...I thought this would be the perfect week..but now it's the worst week.
Jack: I know honey..but it'll be ok..We'll be able to have a nice service to remember your father.
Janet: Yeah, you're right. I'm just worried that this murderer might kill again, could I possibly one of his next targets?
Jack: Of course not, I'll protect you.
Janet: Thanks Jack.
Jack: I love you.
Janet: I love you too.

[St. Joseph's Church, 3 days later.]

[Janet and Jack are standing in the church just as Terri enters]

Terri: Oh Janet, I'm so sorry! [She hugs her]
Janet: Thank you for coming Terri.
Terri: Of course. How are you feeling?
Janet: I've been better, this is going to be a long day though..
Terri: Yeah..I think I'm going to go sit down..

[Mr. and Mrs. Roper enter]

Jack: Thank you for coming Mr. and Mrs. Roper.
Stanley: When we heard the news we just had to come, we knew we had to be there for Janet.
Janet: Thank you, it really means a lot that you'd come.
Helen: It's nothing really, we knew we needed to be there for you guys so we came.
Janet: Thanks again.
Stanley: Where should we sit?
Jack: I think there are some seats near where Terri is sitting towards the front.

[Chrissy, Cindy, Larry, Mr. Roper, and Lana also enter and talk with Jack and Janet. After several minutes Janet goes up to give a speech about her father.]

Janet: When I think of my father I think of a warm and caring man who was always there for me. He always knew what to say to cheer me up. He cared so much about my mother and I..and he was going to walk me down the aisle at my wedding to Jack, and now it won't be able to happen..I want my father to be remembered for the kind and good man that he was and that----

[The lights begin to flicker and the power goes out for a few minutes, there is panic and confusion, finally the lights come back on. Helen, Jack, and Terri are not in the room]

[There is a picture and sign at the foot of the altar, the picture is of Lana and the sign says in red blood-like font, Lana, You're Next.]

[Lana screams, and exits, Mr. Furley runs after her.]

Janet: Oh my god, where's Jack?
Chrissy: He's got to be around here somewhere.
Stanley: I can't find Helen!!
Larry: Where did Terri go?
[Cindy looks up at Janet, Janet falls to the ground]
Cindy: Janet!!!
[Cindy runs up to her and tries to wake her up, but Janet stays there on the ground not moving.]

[Two weeks have passed since Janet's Father's funeral. Lana, Mr. Furley, and Helen have also been killed. It is the day of Jack and Janet's wedding, a happy occasion, or maybe not...]

[Janet is in her room getting ready for the wedding as Chrissy enters. Chrissy sets down a flowery cactus on the table, with sharp prickers.]

Chrissy: I'm so glad that I could make it to your wedding what an honor to be your maid of honor *snort snort*.
Janet: Why of course Chrissy. And thank you for bringing that cactus it's lovely.
Chrissy: Oh it will be...
Janet: Will be?
Chrissy: Oh nevermind *snort snort*
Janet: Would you excuse me Chrissy I have to go to the restroom, I'll be right back.
Chrissy: Ok Janet.
[As Janet leaves to go to the restoom, Chrissy steps out into the hall. She calls for Terri and Cindy]
Chrissy: It's time, let's get the big surprise ready for Janet.
Terri: Ok I'll get the lights.
Cindy: And here's the key. *she hands it to Chrissy*
Chrissy: Oh this will be so much fun!
[Terri and Cindy both leave. After they do Chrissy locks the door. Janet comes out of the bathroom.]
Janet: Chrissy, did I hear something about a surprise for me?
Chrissy: No of course not. *snort*
Janet: Oh c'mon Chrissy, tell me what the surprise is, I'm so excited.
[The lights go out in the room.]
Janet: Oh no! Not this again.
Chrissy: Oh don't worry it's part of the surprise.
Janet: Ok!!
Chrissy: Now for the surprise *she goes up to Janet and whispers in her ear* I killed your father and you're going to die now too.
Janet: WHAT? CHRISSY? WHAT ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT??!!?!?!
Chrissy: That's right, I'm telling the truth I killed all those people and I started with your father. The biggest SOB of them all.
Janet: Why would you kill my father?
Chrissy: hmmm...It occurred to me I wanted to when he groped me at my workplace, and then when he came back as your father and no one said anything I was crushed. You all thought it was ok for your father to do that to me!
Janet: We didn't notice!
Chrissy: Sure that's what they all say. After that moment I decided I wanted to leave as soon as possible to plan my murders. Once I left I sent Cindy to live here, and then Terri. And None of my relatives were ill, I just made it up. AND IT WORKED! Everyone fell for it, nobody doubted it because I was sweet innocent naive and honest Chrissy. However, that's not true
Janet: What do you mean?
Chrissy: When I first moved in here I knew there was something about you Janet, and I decided it would be to my advantage if I pretended to be dumb. And then when Jack moved in it was the happiest day of my life. I was madly in love with him. I knew by playing dumb and jiggling all the time would get his attention, but it didn't. He didn't care about me. Instead years later he went for you, plain jane, or should I say plain JANET!
Janet: Chrissy you're sick and twisted.
Chrissy: Not as sick and twisted as that curly afro you used to sport. Anyways I knew I wanted to kill your father but I didn't know at what time, but once I found out you and Jack were engaged I knew I had to put it into place. And then I decided I might as well kill that hussy Lana, and Mr. Furley. Helen also became suspicious of Terri and I knew she had to go. And lastly we come to you, the one I grew to hate the most. You stole my man from me you little slut, and now you must die.
Janet: Please Chrissy, you can't be serious....
Chrissy: then how come I AM SERIOUS!
Janet: Please Chrissy don't!
[Janet runs to the door but cannot get out since it is locked. Chrissy picks up the cactus and approaches her.]
Chrissy: Now would be the perfect time to die, any last words.
Janet: JACK HELP MEE!!!
Chrissy: He won't be able to come to your rescue this time Plain Janet.
[Chrissy picks up the cactus and beats her to death with it, Janet eventually gives up fighting and her bloodied corpse slumps down to the floor.]
Chrissy: Ugh, I should have put on my costume, now my dress is all bloody.
[Chrissy pops out the window, and climbs out, she turns around and gasps]
Chrissy: OH MY GOD IT'S YOU!
