Nick at Nite's first animated original is back for this season's second (second batch of episodes from season two) installment of six new originals. Based on a book by Bill Cosby, the richly animated show shows the life and times of Dr. Arthur Bindlebeep, a high school professor, loving husband, devoted son, and father of three. With his wife Norma at his side, Dr. Bindlebeep gamely tries to sort out the complications of parenthood, without losing his sense of humor.

Fatherhood season 2 was so chock-full of good episodes that we had to split it up! The second half of the 2nd season debuts with a two-hour stunt featuring two premiere episodes followed by two earlier season 2 encore episodes.
Guest voices for this new batch of episodes include Henry Winkler, Betty White, Jim Belushi, Tavis Smiley, Ed Asner, and Wayne Brady.

Dr. Bindlebeep and Norma plan a weekend away, but Dr. B's parents mix-up the dates and aren't available to watch the kids. Instead of canceling their trip, they leave the kids home alone for the weekend with Angie in charge of her little brother and sister.
10:30pm Fatherhood #214 – Behind Open Doors
Dr. Bindlebeep discovers Angie has a boy in her room and thinks the worst, but all she was doing was working on a surprise slide show about Dr. Bindlebeep for an upcoming awards ceremony honoring him.

The annoying John Kurtz and Angie are paired up in a mock marriage for social studies class, becoming an even bigger nightmare to Angie when Dr. Bindlebeep befriends Kurtz.

Stephanie and D.J go through a mock court in their home, in the end the girls miss each other and share rooms again.

After all the food's been flung, Dan gets a jolt from his father, when he discovers dear old dad has the hots for Roseanne's friend.

- To Three's Company fans: Three's Company is off of TV Land for now after the November 4 airing, so we will see Three's Company at 11 p.m. on both networks on Nov 1, 2 & 3. Three's Company is going on hiatus from TV Land because of contract airplays per episode issue. Nick@Nite and TV Land use the same contract, so you may ask why is Nick@Nite airing it then? Well, the show will air 4 days a week instead of the 7 TV Land aired, so that will help a lot for the contract issue. And you won't see all the episodes in order, expect some skipping of episodes--so do NOT complain. So, why is it on Nick@Nite? I believe ratings is an issue and maybe Nick@Nite needed a little bump and this show has rescued them in the past such as when Coach and Wings instantly bombed in primetime. We can expect this schedule to last in November and December. No word yet on how long it will last, but expect it through December! It looks like a temporary schedule to me.

Certainly never expected this. Three's Company really does not fit too well on Nick@Nite these days with all those 90's shows, but I'm glad it will be airing somewhere.
My question is...what on Nick@Nite in Primetime is not doing well in ratings?
Between 9pm - 12am it is Fresh Prince that is being removed to allow Three's Company in, but it's obviously not that since it will be on all Saturday night. I'm guessing maybe the weekends are what needed some help since they will be doing marathons. I guess the Jeff Foxworthy Saturday night things isn't working out quite as well as it did initially.

I am glad that Three's Company is back on N@N. I never watched it on TV Land because Roseanne was on on N@N at the same time. Now I get to see 2x Roseanne at 10 and then TC at 11. That's GREAT!

It's possible that TC may be helping The Cosby Show at 11:30 and Murphy Brown 2:30 by airing in front of them.

Currently Fresh Prince is airing at 9:30pm/10pm between 9pm - 12am. When this schedule takes effect it will only air at 9:30pm, likely so they can do the marathon on Saturday. One FP is being taken out of these hours to let Three's Company in.

I think it might be a temporary schedule until January. Fresh Prince and Roseanne can't stay too long on weekends for all those airplays. But that shows they do very well (FP is on FIVE times a night Mon-Fri, too!)

Yes, Three's Company doesn't really fit, but remember it aired on Nick@Nite last year, too. For the summer 2004 marathons and later after that for latenights to help NAN latenight out. It last aired Sept. 12, 2004 as a regular on NAN. I am predicting it will be off of NAN in January and back to TV Land soon after. TVL will still air the show in some form after Nov. 4, in special blocks, such as Thanksgiving and Christmas (and possibly on New Year's Day for the first episodes marathon).

I don't mind the week end marathons or Friday Night schedule cause I don't watch N@N then but Mon-Thurs schedule is horrible IMO, I think N@N needs to get a better person to make there schedules, I mean TFPOBA only has 148 Eps and it airs 41 times in one week (if my math is correct) is pretty rediculous this is my ideal schedule for they're current schedule while keeping in mind with what they would probally do at the same time as what i want...
