does anyone know the name of the apartment complex that the three's company crew lived in? thanks

Kathie, I don't think the trio's apartment building had a name but I know they lived in apartment 201 in Santa Monica, CA.

In the first unaired pilot the place is called "Hacienda Arms", but the name never comes up during the aired run.

Yup, well actually it's called "Hacienda Palms" but you are right that it was only mentioned in the first pilot and never again. Here's a picture:

So much for my memory.

I think I read somewhere -- was it in Mann's book? -- that in the first pilot the apartment was not in Santa Monica, but further inland, Hollywood or something. And the funny thing is (as I found out today) there is actually a building called "Hacienda ARMS" in the Hollywood area... Well, in fact its name now is Piazza Del Sol and it's an office building, but apparently it used to be a rather famous apartment complex...
