Forget it. Edited. If I kept it unedited people would be ticked off.

I agree saying you don't care about something like this says alot about you. If I felt like that I never would have posted in this thread you are just asking for someone to flame you.

I was in 3rd grade. It was recess and I've been playing soccer. I noticed one of the moniters blew the whistle for lunch and I thought "What the hell? It's only been like 10 minutes out here" Then my teacher said there has been a terroist attack in NY, I was shocked a bit, but then i thought "What the hell is a terroist attack?" Then one of my classmates explained and school was dismissed early and I didn't know how serious it was until the news was practically on every channel.

I hate 9/11 people dying, beautiful buildings being destroyed, and John Ritter and Johnny Cash passing on.

It's also the birthday of Stella Ritter, John and Amy's only child.

This is what happened at the close of Dan Ingram's program on CBS-FM on 9/22/01, 11 days after the attack of the World Trade Center. Here is that clip

I was at home actually contemplating whether or not to go into Manhattan for a job fair land listening to the radio when all of a sudden one of the guys came in saying something about a a plane hitting a building. At first I though it was another of those small planes that kept getting into crashes during that time. Then everybody started to get hysterical When it was discovered that it hit the WTC and there was 2 big 757 that hit it and another 2 was missing. When I turned on my local news I saw that all hell broke loose. Saying that this was the worst day in history is an understatment,. I never felt so scared, helpless and out of control in all my life. The worst part was that my mother went to work that day but thank God she worked in The Bronx where we lived I was never so happy in all my years to see her walk through that door knowing so many people will never ever be able to the same thing. those who lost their lives in such a selfish hedious way. Just like those people who lost their love ones in Russia I don't care what your agenda is. To do something that evil make your cause no matter how valid it may invalid because to kill inocent human beings that have no control of changing whatever wrong you feel done to you. I'm sorry I did not mean to write this much but it hurts when I think about it . I use to be able see the Twin Towers from the Bronx depending on where I went before I relocated to California. Now Empire State Building looks lonely. Again sorry for the long post.

I remember seeing her picture in an article I read last year . Seeing her and her dad together made me wanna cry. Just imagine every birthday also has to be a reminder of your dad's passing.
