From yesterday, my daughter popped in to visit me on one of her breaks.

From the 4th of July, one of my great nieces enjoying some flatbread at the family barbecue.

Also from the 4th, my niece got busted by the cops at the Portland Blues Festival...just kidding, she's working at the event from the 4th thru Sunday.

Aw, your daughter and your nieces are so adorable. I love flatbread sandwiches. So cute of you with you and your daughter at work. And what a great gig for Niece Torgo ...

(Last names have been changed to protect the innocent)
My daughter paged me over the intercom earlier today "Mr Torgo, please report to the front office" When I didn't respond (I was on a call) "Dad, are you listening to me."

Yeah! And Niece Torgo is going to be working for a Day Camp soon.

I love flatbread, period.

I love you, period. Is my brother from another mother going to bring me back a coral necklace from the gift shop? Or a sneaky tarantula?

The Torgettes have some good summer jobs. Must be fun for Baby T. to page her Papa.

How about a coral necklace with a tarantula on it? On the KOQ thread I talked about how when I went to Hawaii with my fam when I was a kid I found and bought a little statue that looked like the tiki from BB, but then I lost it. I'm going to see if I can find one again!

It's fun, and most everyone at work who has been there as long as me have known her her whole life.

Reminds me of the necklace in "Black Widow". Or was it a brooch? Yes, I would love it. Charge it to Mr. Phillips as a business expense.

Go find another one but steer clear of Professor Whitehead and his beans while you are there...

That is nice for the people in the office to watch to her grow up like that.

Valerie Bertinelli reference. She said in one of her books that she used to go into Cinnabon and just inhale the flavor of the buns in lieu of the calories.
