My vote is "tiered"...her best episode was RH, being her meatiest, with R coming in 2nd (no racing puns intended, haha).

I voted similarly, with Rough Housing and Running being two of my choices (the third being The Little Chill).

4, now. LMLD got a vote...wow! I'd be curious to know why that one got a vote.

Maybe for the way Cindy rebelliously refuses to go into the kitchen and bring out the cheese dip?

Hahaha! You'll never let her live down that teen rebellion cheese dip!

Isn't that her big moment in that episode?

I imagine Mrs. Garrett must have had a heart-to-heart talk with Cindy later in the episode: "Cindy, look in that mirror. When I look in that mirror, I see a girl who could bring out the cheese dip. But you... you didn't believe in yourself. And no one got any cheese dip. Now, was that the right thing to do?"

Then Cindy agreed that she should have believed in herself, and brought out the cheese dip. They would have hugged, and then they would have gone downstairs together, arm in arm, so Cindy could bring in the cheese dip. The audience claps as they freeze-frame on Cindy and Mrs. Garrett, cheese dip in tow.

I suspect that part of the episode was cut for time, but someone here has seen the uncut version of the episode, and voted for "Like Mother, Like Daughter" after seeing the full version, as the writers intended.

^---haha, perhaps so...or perhaps they really dug her wardrobe of jeans, ball player shirt, and hat with her long hair down (perhaps the only time it's down with a hat, and not in braids with a hat).

You could be right. Who knows? My cheese dip heart-to-heart cut scene theory could be completely off-base.

We're up to five votes, now, and the latest vote is for "Flash Flood". Now that is an interesting vote! As we've discussed, the scene with Cindy having retrieved her spiked shoes from the basement is one of the most dramatic moments of the first season.

^---Indeed, perhaps the most dramatic moment of the entire first season. It chilled me to the bone as a child! (and not because I was wet from floodwaters, lol) And this episode contains perhaps the funniest moment of the entire first season---Nancy's obstinate umbrella!
