Default Who said it?

Okay, this is a game and you play it by guessing who said the quote that the other person posted and the one with the correct answer comes up with another quote for other people to guess. Okay I'll go first-

"It's a how long are you gonna live at thr Haney place pool."

Hmm, I remember the whole scene and which episode it was in, but can't remember who said that. Was it Sam Drucker? I know Joe started the pool...

I can't remember if it was Drucker ot Newt Kiley....but I also think Drucker.
What about one of my favorite GA lines, "Oh, no wonder you got all those wrinkles !"

Alf Monroe?

Here's one of my favorites: "Cool it, or nobody gets to watch the boob tube."

Yup, it was Alf. I give up on the boob tube - who said it ?

How about: "My dad says, either you've got a screw loose, or you've been belting the bottle !"

Oh, that was that little blonde kid that appears in some episodes...can't remember his name, though.

That was Eb. He says it to a bunch of crying infants and they all shut up. That gets me every time!

How about..."You're only as ugly as you look."

Was that Lisa talking to Oliver in the Molly Turgis episode ?

(The little blonde kid was Chester Holmby -sp ?)

How about: "I did better than Sam. At least I got some stale candy."

Kimball, in response to the affair Sam had with that elderly lady, Gladys.

And, you're right, that was, indeed, Lisa talking to Molly Turgis.

How about: "Mr. Douglas oughtta look at that bottom land of mine."

That was Mr. Carson in the first GA episode, after he found out about Oliver buying Haney's place.

Here's one: "I always go Dutch on the first date. That way, if it doesn't work out, I'm not out anything"

That was Mr. Carson again, when he asked Oliver's mother out, for a night of poker at the Elks lodge, bowling, and dinner at the diner.

You've got me on the "religious nut" quote....where was that from ?

That was Haney to Oliver in one of the story-playing episodes.

How about, "Is it okay, Lambey?"

I think that was Ralph, asking Oliver for permission for something, but I forgot what. It was amusing, the way she spoke to Oliver, she always had the hots for him.

Who said this: "Keep your eyes on the pickle barrel. Make sure nobody goes in or out."

Here's a line that cracks me up: "You ought to put it out as a single during Christmas time."
