Dennis Fowler, the Seattle arson investigator from the Season 5, Episode 3 segment, passed away in 2016. He was 76. Way too young.

Parapsychologist William G. Roll passed away in 2012. I believe that he was in season one, episode 14 [the Jeremy Bright episode]. Correct me if that is incorrect. Here is his Wikipedia page - RIP:

He wasn't a part of that segment, as Jeremy Bright was a missing persons case. William Roll was in the Queen Mary and Heidi Wyrick cases, among others.

Just found out that Laurie Gallagher, one of Selena Edon's friends, died in 2014, age 50. Here is her obituary: https://m.legacy.com/obituaries/wick...0&preview=True

Selena's other friend who was interviewed, Tracy Cavaretta, is still alive and lives in Florida now.

Correct. Thank you for clarifying that. I wrote that poorly.

Was William G. Roll on the same episode [not specific segment, but full hour-long episode, sans commercials] that also featured Jeremy Bright? And Leo Koury, if my memory is correct. Around January 24th, 1989.

Poor woman: it says she was pre-deceased by not only Tom but a granddaughter as well. Sad to hear as I really loved their segment: they seemed like a really genuine, down to earth family and I believed them 100%.

Captain Charles "Chuck" Scherer of the Coral Gables Police Dept in the late 80's and early 90's who was interviewed on the Judith Hyams segment passed away on April 28, 2014. He was the one who received the "Judy Hyams is alive and she lives in Omaha" phone calls

Roll appeared in numerous UM segments. I'm not absolutely certain, but I think he might be the most frequent repeat UM interviewee ever. In the the top 5 at the very least.

I've been wondering about Sandy Bullock (the coincidentally named Englishman) from that same segment ever since the Deadwood movie on HBO aired.
