TV BUFFY

She likes money and asks if she can trade in the kids for more money Or another episode where Willow asks Anya to go piss off this bad guy and Anya says she doesn't know how. Willow says, "Anya I have faith in you. There is no one you can't piss off." Anya smiles thinking it's a compliment Buffy is a treasure of gold. I also recommend Supernatural. That show followed Buffy's footsteps and it lasted 15 years. You like some horror Valentina so these two shows would be right up your alley

You got me really intrigued about BUFFY, Christopher!

I am very tempted to watch it any time soon now: do they have it on Netflix by any chance?

And yes, Horror is definitely my cup of tea! It's what i love going to the cinemas for! To feel the excitement of the unknown and what's going to happen.....

Anther favorite Anya moment of mine is the shrimp scene. Also, when she says to the customer, "Please go."

But let's not forget Anya's predecessor, Cordy, and lines like, "I swear, one of these days you're going to wake up in a coma."
Cordelia was funny at times but Anya had me rolling a lot. Emma did such a terrific job capturing Anya's character. I prefer Anya to Cordelia.

I don't know if Netflix has it. It might but I know Hulu and Amazon Prime in the U.S. has it. If you ever find Buffy, give the first two seasons a shot. I even recommend blind buying those first two if you can find it cheap somewhere. You won't be sorry giving Buffy a chance.

Blair says that Prince Charles is hot...this line wouldn't definitely fly today
Nothing against him, but the age disparity would be bigger today

To be honest, i never understood how can anyone describe PRINCE CHARLES as hot??? In fact, none of the members of the Royal family is!

Now, if BLAIR had mentioned ROBERT REDFORD or MICHAEL DOUGLAS (who in my opinion were extremely hot at the time!) i would have agreed with it lol!

Nowadays, I guess she'd say William or Harry?

So you think that they should dub her saying 'Prince George' in another ten years if the show's still being rerun?

Nah, I was just thinking if it was, say, a remake. I don't think the original show should ever be dubbed.

Yes, William or Harry. Maybe Harry, since he lives in the U.S now

William and Harry are not that bad, they are a lot like their late mother

I don't keep up on the Royals, so I had no idea. I guess they could also make up some royal families, as they did with "Royal Pain". But maybe there's no need, if it's only a passing mention.

Sorry, but i don't find WILLIAM and HARRY attractive at all! (their wives are, though!)

If they wanted good looking actors from nowadays, they could have picked HENRY GOLDING (he was on the 'Last Christmas' movie, and i find him incredibly attractive) or RYAN REYNOLDS (from 'The Proposal'): they are a lot hotter than the entire Royal family lol!

From what I've seen in culture and people's opinions, American concensus is that Harry is the one who got the looks in the family.

HARRY is definitely better looking and more manly than his brother, but when they were kids it was the other way round: as a teenager WILLIAM was so hot, that even BRITNEY SPEARS wanted to marry him!

Another thing that wouldn’t fly today is Jo hitchhiking to Lemans to watch the races during there time in France. And if she did it’s more then likely today that she wouldn’t come upon a guy who is as nice as David was. She’d probably come upon a pervert or a crazy person that would either kidnap or kill her.

Yeah, showing young protagonists successfully hitchhiking sure would be frowned upon today.

I don't think the stats have changed much. Only the realization that these things can happen, and thus no longer encouraging young women from hitchhiking. The world was always a dangerous place, no less back then then it is today.
