Yeah , Valerie is much more talented at acting and cooking/baking than singing! Not that it is bad, but her talents are much better in acting and culinary than in singing , but she is really adorable here!

Cool. Youíre a tough audience, so a C+ from you is like an A from anyone else. Iíll happily take it

Itís from Young Love, First Love, a 1979 TV movie. The poster is my current avatar.

There was a true story based TV movie back in the early 70's called "Sunshine" A young hippie girl who was just married and had a baby girl had cancer, she passes away and "Sunshine" was played at her funeral! A beautiful girl and a beautiful song, always brings tears to my eyes! Like tears of sadness, sweetness, spirituality and happiness because it's so beautiful! John Denver is awesome that way!
Donít remember that one. Who was in it?

And it's a true story ! Sorry! I think I was getting all emotional about this and that is why I posted the wrong song that Valerie sang!! I'm sorry!

Sunshine is a 1973 made-for-television docudrama. The movie was based on a true story. The movie was based on the life of Jacquelyn Helton (September 13, 1951 – November 7, 1971). Helton was a woman diagnosed with osteosarcoma, a form of cancer in the bone marrow of the leg in 1969.
