It's probably in the MLS. If the agent knows they have to disclose. Well, at least that's how it is in CA. Usually best not to be around when people start talking.

I thought they only had to disclose if there was a meth lab in the house...

If the agent has prior knowledge, they must disclose. If it's on the MLS, that's prior knowledge being disclosed. Once again, most agents find its best not to be around when the neighbors start talking. ;-)

Edit. That's why we or our broker has extensive E and O insurance. To cover us in the event of any kind errors or omissions. Not intentionally withholding information, mind you.

FATHER KERRIGAN:

Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Ronan, Montana - where he had been for four days - and the cafe across the street from the church where he was last seen at 11:00 p.m. on July 20, 1984.

UM also shot the reenactment here:

There's a neat video on the forbidden site of a guy who visited the school house from the Dennis DePue segment. When I visited the site a few years back, I just took a few pictures from afar (seen on page 2 of this thread.)

This guy video taped all around the schoolyard and went INSIDE the school. It looks like farmers store hay in one of the old classrooms. It really looks kind of creepy, not helped by the scary music he added.

It's pretty cool. To see it, go on the forbidden site and search 'Abandoned Unsolved Mysteries/Jeepers Creepers School'

I'm not sure where the actual murder happened, as I don't recognize the buildings from the segment, but I do live 10 minutes away from Conley Buick. They've since remodeled the building completely. I can say that the dealership is across the street from a strip mall and in front of the DeSoto Square Mall. This could have been where they were. It's a pretty terrible mall now, but back in the early 90s, it would have been much better-traveled. Additionally, the Manatee County Sherriff's Department is probably a quarter mile north of the dealership, making it more confusing how Jim escaped.

Can anybody find the location where Hugh Harlin's truck was found? It was somewhere around or on the edge of Highway 1 in Cambria, California. An article said it was parked on the edge of Highway 1 and Burton Street. Google maps shows a Burton Drive, which appears to be it. On street view the area looks similar to what you can see on the segment but I can't find anything that looks like where they showed his friend going near the truck.

Here's where I think the Arsonists jacket location was on the south side of I-205 just west of Tracy, California near the interchange with I-580.

Adam Hecht's apartment, 143 S. Bedford Street, in Beverly Hills, 2nd floor.

The staircase as seen in the segment...

As of February 2017, Adam's apartment is up for lease. So if anyone's interested, knock yourself out.

Roger Dean:

The cul-de-sac that the Dean house is on is now available on Street View. He bled to death at the edge of the driveway:

And the house they used to film the reenactment is literally around the corner, down the street where the kids ride their bikes and the killer's car is parked.

Thanks to poster 'hostedbyrobertstack' who found house listing on Zillow, if you want to check out all the rooms...

Finally found the "Ladner's" store where Norman was walking away in the segment...the sign out front is the same sign as the segment, although it looks like they made the building longer now...
