LISA ZIEGERT (Card shop she was abducted from on Walnut Street Extension in Agawam, Massachusetts)

When Lisa worked there, it was called Brittany's Card & Gift Shoppe. I'm not sure what it is now. I originally thought it was vacant now but there are cars in the parking lot so it must be used for something.

The building has two businesses. The card shop was on the right side...

These final two pictures show what the block looks like looking in both directions on Walnut Street...

What's amazing is that no matter where you look, there are businesses everywhere in every direction from the card shop. Lisa was abducted on a Wednesday night some time between 8:20 and 9:10 p.m. It wasn't that late. In fact, some people say it was still light out when she was taken. Stores were still open. Nobody witnessed anything. Not even the sandwich shop right across the street which had a perfect view of the card shop.

Awesome stuff, dynoguy!

I haven't posted here in...well, about three years...and this thread pulled me back. I might have some things to post soon too.

Then and now photos from my trip to the old school house from the Dennis Depue segment. It's about an hour's drive from my home. July 2009:

Driving down Snow Praire Road just outside Coldwater, I recognized this old shack as the building the Thorton's drive past in the opening seconds of the segment and I knew I must be getting close:

Different angles and sides of the school house. Then (UM segment) and now (July 2009 photos):

Right side of the school house and sighting of Dennis with the bloody blanket

Left side of the school house and the old tank where Dennis parked his van.

Back of the school house where the Thorton's found the bloody blanket.

Jule and Dottie Caylor's Home. You need to look at the small details, as they didn't show the house much in the UM segment:

CONNECTICUT RIVER VALLEY KILLER:

Here's the parking lot where a pregnant Jane Boroski was stabbed 27 times in 1988. The building is a Gomarlo's Market now. I'm not sure if it was at the time she was attacked. It's located on Highway 10 in West Swanzey, New Hampshire.

It was Gomarlo's at the time she was attacked. I remember reading Phillip Ginsberg's book and a few articles and thinking 'Gomarlo' was a distinctive name.

Thanks so much for the photos.

I'm copying and pasting MegtheEgg's photos from the Rhonda Hinson murder location...

I passed the eastbound exit and turned around at Exit 113 so that I could get on I-40W to travel Rhonda's exact route (she would've been coming west from Hickory, NC, which is roughly about 10 miles up the interstate from Valdese). Here is the westbound Exit 112:

Exit 112 ramp. Rhonda made a right at the yield sign onto Mineral Springs Mountain Road:

The I-40 bridge just west of the stop sign at the bottom of the ramp, where the two men in the blue Chevy were reported by the witness between 12:15 and 12:30 AM:

View from under the bridge. This is what the individuals in the car would've seen. Just beyond the oncoming white car and interstate on-ramp on the left is the site:

Another photo of the road, just to demonstrate how steep the hill is. Rhonda's car rolled backwards, into the left lane, and onto the shoulder after the shot:

Many of you will recognize this stretch of road:
Attachment 146228

This is where MSMR ends at Highway 70, into a residential area dotted with a few businesses and churches. The entire stretch of road from the interstate can't be over four or five miles long. I was always under the impression the road was far more rural than what it is--of course, that was 27 years ago:
Attachment 146229

I grossly misconceived MSMR as a quiet rural route: let it be known, it is NOT. For this reason, I found it difficult to get a really good photo of the exact place Rhonda's car was; there was virtually no shoulder and I would've had to block a street next to the on-ramp. The exact site is noted when it is visible in one of the above photos. It is directly across the road in the final picture of my previous post, hidden almost entirely by the van in the left lane. The main idea was to show you all a better overall picture of the area and how things sit in relation to one another. Hope that's what I've done.

If I am looking at the right spot, this is where Cynthia Anderson disappeared - for those of you who don't remember she was working at the law office and was plagued by bad dreams.

You may recognize this, from the A.J. Breaux segment...People's drug store from the beginning and the Earl Williams clothing store (right next door, coincidentally) where AJ worked for 30 years...

The home of Annie Laurie Hearin where she was kidnapped on July 26, 1988 some time between 3:00 p.m. (when the housekeeper left) and 4:30 p.m. when Annie's husband Robert arrived home. The house is located at 139 Woodland Drive in Jackson, Mississippi.

This Starbucks in the Dupont Circle neighborhood of D.C. is the last place Joyce Chiang was dropped off at by her friend, before her body was found on the banks of the Anacostia River in D.C.
