Exactly, Sol! Sometimes you just gotta swallow your pride and put up with a jackass boss if you've got bills to pay, if you don't want to lose your pension or if you're like that lady in Roseanne who was old and would not be eligible for unemployment.

What Roseanne think she was there for? She was obviously paid to meet those quotas not sit on her a$$ and do nothing

BTW: before I left work tonight my manager wanted my report so she can see how close we are to the quotas

Roseanne just didn't want to meet her quota. She wasn't even willing to TRY and meet Mr. Faber's quota. She's always been a lazy, rude employee.

Remember though, it was the act of the mass quitting that brought down the whole factory, so in effect Roseanne scored a moral victory. Mind you their supervisor, Booker, grew up to be George Clooney, see what Jackie missed out on!

In the last season, Roseanne got the last laugh, when the owner of the factory came with hat-in-hand for money, after Roseanne won the lotto.

The last season was NOT real. It was part of Roseanne's fantasy that she turned into a book. So that never happened.

Asking you what are you working on isn't really picking on you. Having you do things that isn't in your job description, talking down to you in front of your co-workers, saying that they're going to do one thing and turn around and do another and continuously singling you out, that is what I call picking on and making your work life hell. I'm the type of person who does not kiss butt, I don't care who you are but I'm respectful of others. I cannot work in a place where it alters my attitude to the point where it's affecting my home life. It's not about pride it's about keeping myself out of jail because I've hit my boss LOL.
