Ohhh, poor Retro! I can totally empathize with you, I know exactly what you are saying.

Having 2 jobs, and visiting family on rare free times on those weekends when I have some free times, I just haven't stopped into Edna's Edibles & Copies (ha!) to print them out yet. But I will!

Sorry to hear about the workload. Up until May of this year, I was in the same boat, and my job had become really abusive.

Sorry 80s. I will get you some cheese dip as a peace offering. Delivered by Cindy herself.

Ooh, a most uncommon event: Cindy Webster actually bringing out the cheese dip...?

"Venice"? Is this a joke, or am I missing something here?

And nice try, Lorimar. "Peace offering" indeed, pssh....

No joke. The Facts of Life Goes to Australia was originally a different script called The Facts of Life Goes to Venice. It was to have starred Mrs. G (it was written in February 1986). Instability in Italy caused the production to become delayed, and eventually Venice became Sydney and the Outback. TJ, the site administrator, confirmed these details back in 2001.

^---ooo, interesting...would've been neat to see Mrs. G in an Italian kitchen! (if they would have her still be gourmet Edna by that point)
