I had a run-in with Tim McClure in summer, 1992. They never mention Tim was a radio DJ but he was. I got a job because he was fired for having questionable people come by the station. They didn't tell me why I was hired however, nor that Tim was wanted for questioning in the 10yo murder. What I will tell you is that the calm person on the playback of Unsolved Mysteries is not the person who called me. Yes, it was definitely Tim, but he would call me (a 20 year old college girl at the time) and harass me, even threatening to come pull me off air. This was at 2AM mind you, so after 3 weeks of being harassed, I told my boss who came with a baseball bat in minutes. The sheriff came right after that.

Do NOT be fooled by the calm demeanor of the guy on video. There's a MUCH darker side to this guy.

I would guess he was pretty ****ing dumb too. I donít feel bad for saying it.

The guy called the Unsolved Mysteries hotline (1-800-876-5353 right??) and asked them to put him on to help him find his alibi. Imagine how stupid youíd have to be to do this when he and his wife BOTH FAILED THE POLYGRAPH. And you want to admit that on national television?

You could argue that a polygraph could give false positives in some cases...but what are the odds the polygraph got it wrong for both him and his wife?

Then when you pile on the call the credit card company...does anyone sincerely, seriously believe that Tim was the one who got the day correct? No? Thatís because heís such an idiot that he called the credit card company to cancel her cards the same day he murdered her.

Wow that's crazy. Could you say what station he was a DJ for?

I tend to think it was the wife and Tim is unable or unwilling to believe she did it or point the investigation towards her.

But Tim is maybe the biggest bumbling idiot ever featured on UM. I feel like if he had any legal counsel they would have yanked him right off the show the moment he said something to the effect of "Yeah oddly enough i flunked the exam and showed deception when they asked if i knew who killed my mom" and he is almost shrugging his shoulders at something so puzzling and non incriminating.

I think that Tim felt safe from prosecution after 6 years. Being an aspiring actor he probably was more interested in the attention he would get from the program than in clearing his name. That's why he had no issue with coming across as very suspicious. The more controversial, the better.

I think the wife possibly planned it, but I think Tim killed her. The driver's seat in Terri's car was pushed all the way back, like someone tall (Tim) was driving and Terri was found in the passenger's seat.

I think Tim told his mother that they were going to another casino (where her body and car was found) and his wife followed them. I think Terri was possibly sleep in the passengers seat when Tim pulled the trigger, and then he took her purse and got in his wife's car where they drove back to the original casino

This seems the most likely scenario.

I would have yanked him off when he said "The Holy Spirit was guiding me towards the car."

Whaaaaaat?
