The Queen Mary
Resurrection Mary
Pawley's Island (Grey Man)
Christine Skubish (The naked lady that saved her son)
The Delta Queen

I am a skeptic and a realist, but I've also seen some pretty unexplainable stuff in my lifetime.

I tend to believe these which have long histories and many witnesses.
interested to see if there are any Gray Man sightings in the near future...

I would say Tallman House is the most legitimate. Most people who reluctantly experience the supernatural do not want the attention, and those that have earned it have all regretted it. This case has all the earmarks of a demonic possession/haunt. Amityville type stuff.

The trouble is that ghosts, UFOs, and cryptids are all the same phenomena experienced subjectively. I've gone into this at length on different threads. The first encounter at Loch Ness was actually a luminous orb that emerged from the loch and flew off into the sky. Yet, much like the telephone game, years later the shtick is an endangered prehistoric animal. The phenomena tailors itself to an organism's ability to understand/believe. I believe Charles Fort was right, we're not top dog on this planet, but we're meant to think we are. Human supremacism is the prevailing ideology of our species.

As far as evidence is concerned, slow your role human. Dogs will never drive cars. Humans will never fully grasp the complexities of the universe. It also depends on which masquerade you're monitoring. Ghosts have very little real evidence aside from anecdotal conjecture. The Scole Experiment had some interesting stuff (including a spirit that curiously looked like a "grey" alien). Bigfoot? The Sierra Sounds recordings are likely the best evidence available, currently. UFOS? There's plenty of radar footage available now, and not hard to find either. In fact, I think you have to be willfully ignorant not to "catch-on" to what the global zeitgeist is selling everyone on this issue. ET=Personal Jesus.

Personally, the cattle mutilations are excellent evidence of something very strange going on. Not one single person has ever been brought to justice for the thousands of cattle mutilated between the late 70's and today. This is an incontrovertible fact. In fact, mutilations picked up again this summer. Reproductive organs and mouth/tongue are always removed with surgical precision. No other molestations, footprints, or other evidence is usually found. If we apply Occam's Razor to the Purpose (not the cause) of the mutilations, we come away with a startling revelation: Any sufficiently advanced species would be able to conduct research in such a manner as to not raise any attention or leave behind any physical evidence. Therefore, the carcasses are meant to be discovered. I posit that the purpose is to generate a climate of fear. I'd also like to point out that the cattle mutilations discovered near the equator have a different modus operandi ("vampire" bite, drained of all blood) than what is discovered in the midwest (genitals/tongue removed).

Also, it doesn't matter what illusion these things spin for us, they all smell like sulphur/rotten eggs. So, like bloodhounds, we can at least trust our noses. Ghosts? I wish we could just chalk it up to ghosts. I think we're dealing with something far more nefarious, and yet well beyond our agency to affect.
