Arrow Freckles!

Notice how the first 3 seasons, Joanie had very noticable freckles...then, from the 4th season after..you could harldy see them? I mean.. ya makeup does wonders.. but they didnt cake it on or anything, it looked very natural. Weird..

When I was younger I had very noticable freckles but now you can't see them that much! That is sorta freaky!

Maybe the directors wanted her to look more like Mr.C.
Richie looked like Marion so it's understandable that they wanted someone to take after Howard, besides, she was a lot like him in personality. Stubborn heads, both of them!

Ya. I noticed that, from the 1st to the 3rd season she had very noticable freckles, and then in the 4th they totally disappeared! Weird..
