Actually there is a line that I remember about Ralph Wiggum. Remember when Maude Flanders died and Homer took off his shirt because he wanted a shirt. Its really more Chief Wiggum with the great line but Ralph set it up:


Ralph: "Mommy has bosoms like that."
Chief Wiggum "I wish."


I dont why I just liked that line.
