Default BATMAN UNCUT SET FOR TRADE

yes i am takeing trades on the batman uncut, 22 disc set

to clarify, someone else offered a similar set recently, and when you tried to trade, they dropped a $200 sale offer on the potential trader

THAT WAS NOT ME

i am takeing almost anything that i dont have in trade for this set

i want everyone to have one in their collection

dont look at my want list, dont worry if i said you had nothing for me in the past, its only takes a minute to send me your trade list, and to be very honest, i am takeing trades for this item only-- many things i would not trade for for my normal items

this is a bargain trade event,

its a chance for you to add a nice item to your trade circles

a very similar set has been listed on a sale site, at $200 plus $10 shipping

save your cash,

heres a chance for anyone to pick up a nice uncut batman set

drop your tarde list in an email

i have these on the shelf and ready to ship right now yet today

yes my true colors are to allow ANYONE to obtain a set of UNCUT BATMAN

at a completely fair and honest TRADE

and ship them via priority mail , AND IN MOST CASES ITEMS ARE SHIPPED THE SAME DAY

so they can enjoy them

as opposed to try to CHARGE $200 for a set, after posting a sham trade post, like another person has done in the recent past

YES SIR, I AM SHOWING MY TRUE COLORS

FAST SERVICE

FAST SHIPPING

ALLOWING TRADES ON AN ITEM OTHER SELL AT $200 PLUS SHIPPING

NOT EXCLUDEING ANYONE

AND NOT EMAILING ANYONE AND TELLING THEM THEY CANT TRADE THE ITEM, OR THEY WILL GET CUT OFF

now mr joker, you a very good and honest trader, i would be proud to send you a set, hey drop me your trade list

and i wouldnt even mind if you started selling the set i traded you on your ioffer sale area

one more tidbit, i thought you were not going to be a member of any trade area that allowed me to be a member-- at least thats what your post on this site stated

I heard you were bored without me so I came back for the Trilogy - you know, like Gatti vs Ward

i missed you, because you are an honest tarder and have the gumption to actualy go out and get some items

as far as anything else, its not important

not all the folks can love each other all the time

my personality is similar to yours, when i get pushed, i push back 10 times over

99% of the things that go on, i dont give a hoot about

but when things name me specificaly, i get excited

you know im hyper sensitive about my reputation,

i dont care of someone likes me or not

you or anyone else do not need to like me

i am just concerned that i provide great service and do what im supposed to do in my dealings

Default Batman Uncut... a cut above!

I have the 29 DVD set of Batman uncut that is Joker's work, done with the help and artistic talents of another trader friend of mine, Allaboutduncan... believe me the 29 DVD set is marvelous... the menu artwork alone makes this set superior! And to have all 120 episodes uncut... needless to say this Batfan is in BatHeaven!

ahhh brother joker ,... welcome

i guess every ELI has his Marcus ,... most traders would get multi sets on a show ,.. just out of plain couriosity.

i don't think it is too smart to trade an item just to get a person mad ,.. but to each his own.

hahhaaa i guess i did it before ,... just remembered ,.. so ditzy am i ,.. but any way it was a waste of my time and effort.

not taking sides or anything but Loren you will NEVER understand a person who makes a set ... why ... cause you never made a set. ..hell i never made a full set .

brother it's hard work just making menus and reauthoring a set (which is my new hobby , by the way)... ... think about it chief you had a hard time allowing me to complete my belvedere set cause you had stipulations you felt were correct..... i know old news .. just trying to show you a comparison....

when set creators make a set ,.. it takes months ... they don't make them for sellers,.. like yourself to whore them and make the green back ... they have the right to hold back an item and get as much back financially as they see fit ... after all Loren how did you buy your studio worth of dubbing equiptment ,... SELLS OF TV SHOWS. ... i too hate when people hold s***t back ,.. but you must understand when a person worked hard to author a set from scratch.

i'm not trying to school you Loren ,.. just trying to show you a different perspective of looking at this....reputations stand on their own ... let your ego relax a bit bro... sometimes i have to .. sometimes Joker has too

only thing we three have in common is that we will try to wreck s*++T when provoked. this will be all i say in this regards ,.. and believe it or not Ripley ... this is one time i did not want and will not be an ass.

good day pilgrims

Which, apparently, includes undercutting, as well as verbally swaying people away from, the very creator of some of the sets you sell on ioffer. (Referring specifically to your listing of Joker's Leave it to Beaver set and the "why buy from someone who only has 1 feedback" comment.)

How totally uncool. As someone who admittedly does not know how to author a DVD, you could at least show some respect to the people who actually put in the effort to create nice, professional-looking sets, instead of parasitically profiting off of their work while making them looking like the "bad guy" who overcharges and whose integrity is to be doubted (especially when you know it's not).

Welcome back Joker, I look forward to seeing what sets you're coming out with next.

graeme,

if you were on a sales site to purchase an item--any item-- would you buy from a person with one feedback, or a person with 1400 plus ?

further, if you were trying to make a deal--any deal--would you tell the other person in the deal that you have references--if they didnt know you???

of course you would, thats exactly what i did, buy pointing out the feedback number

also along the way i point out that i use quality blanks and ship via priority

of course one needs to put their best foot out in front

eli, i know you would hold the answers

at least 20 people emailed me that they wanted that nice batman set, and it was being held out for big bucks--they figured i could get it

i even had some people who wanted to buy and split it from the sales site

i even had copies of two emails that wanted big money, and no trade for it

what a person does with their item is their own beeswax--absolutely no question

i had a very nice 24 disc set, plenty nice and actualy it was a non factor for me

so i couldnt understand the uproar over the uncut one

and seriously, even though the menus are great---we only use menus to select an epsiode, not to watch

so when an uncut set was made avaible to me, i swapped for it, and freely have passed it around

i like certain shows, for sure some folks love this one

did i trade it for effect--probably 100 %

did i want to prove a point--absolutely 100%

you of all people on this site can relate to that idea---right??

its also helped people, just a little while ago, another good trader, has posted he has the 29 disc set for trade

isnt the timing interesting ??

im sure that there will be much interest in that great 29 disc set

AUTHORING

i just started in the last couple weeks doing some of my own work

20 discs of matlock and about 35 discs of perry mason on the way to my set

but i bet i dont throw a fit when someone else uses it for their gain

AUTHORING PRIVELEDGES

well were going to disagree on that one

i see your point

but my point is that --i--dont think its correct to get $ 6 to $10 a disc

and i also dont think its correct to hold things out from trades

i have two lists,

one normal one, and one premium one

and as the name implies

the premium one is better things thats for trade only for similar better things

i dont believe in the hold back principal, or the three for one idea i have seem either

all my items are avaible--just get me something thats similar, that i want

also on that same line

i dont bait people and then try and jam a sale on them

my stuff is for trade

and i would rather trade any day to get something i want

if i tried to do the trade and switch to a sale thing--i would be gone in no time from this site---i would be reported and banned in a heartbeat

i have been questioned and monitored at length about just such things, and also posting sales web sites, which i have never done

as evidenced by the fact that im still here

i dont mention a sale until someone asks about it

i choose to come here, and since i do, the rules need to be follwed to the letter

and eli, if you remember back why you were mad at me--its because i only trade singles, i refuse to sell them

reason--otherwise i never get my stuff filled in if i dont coax someone into finding things to help my lists

i wasnt holding out on the mr belvedere, you have access to people that i dont

you have relationships that i dont

therefore you can get things that i can not

i have a huge list of episode wants on my web site

its no big trick to find something i would need to fill in

please dont anyone think this is a arguement, its just a calm exchange of ideas

NOW THAT'S AN IMPOSSIBLE QUESTION TO ANSWER ,.. UNLESS YOU HAVE BOTH SETS....

THERE ARE THREE THINGS THAT ARE VERY IMPORTANT AND ONE THING WHICH IS NICE TO ADD IN A CREATED SET Konfusion ,...

1. PICTURE QUALITY

2. AUDIO QUALITY

3. AND FULL UNCUT SHOWS .. MEANING UNEDITED BY TV .. FOR THE SAKE OF MORE COMMERCIAL SPACE.

4TH (NICE TO ADD) THINGY --- MENU .. NOW TRUE YOU CAN'T WATCH THE MENU BUT IT MAKES YOUR MOUTH WATER FOR WHAT YOU WILL BE SEEING SOON... (EYE CANDY) I LIKE TO CALL IT.

JUST IMAGINE TAKING YOUR DATE OUT TO A HIGH SADITY RESTAURANT ,.. THEY OFFER NO MENU ,.. OR THE MENU JUST LOOK LIKE SOME KID SLAPED IT TOGETHER ... WOULD YOU TRULY BE PROUD OF THE RESTAURANT YOU TOOK YOUR DATE TO ?

IMPORTANCE TO ME :

1.PICTURE
2.AUDIO
3.MENU
4.UNCUT

MOST TRADERS :

1.UNCUT
2.PICTURE
3.AUDIO
4.MENU

1ST CLASS SET CREATORS: (JOKER) AS AN EXAMPLE

1.ALL FOUR

AVERAGE SET CREATORS : (ME) AS EXAMPLE

WHATEVER I CAN GET ... FOR NOW .

PSSSS I HAVE NOT CREATED A FULL SET YET ... HEHEEE,... SOON THOUGH

SO TO ANSWER YOUR QUESTION ... THERE IS MUCH MORE TO A GREAT HOME MADE DVD SET THAN JUST PICTURE QUALITY ...I HOPE THAT KINDA ANSWERED YOUR QUESTION ... HEY,.. WHAT THE HELL WERE WE TALK'N ABOUT AGAIN ?
WOMEN ? ... AHHH EYE CANDY ...
