Question Are Saturday Morning/Cartoon blocks ever coming back again?

With the rise of antenna sales thanks to the cord cutting trend and the slow decline of cable TV, I was wondering if the cartoons that made our childhood the way it is are coming back.

In keeping up with the times and with most children being interested in tablet apps and music on their IPods there is a slight chance that Saturday Morning cartoon blocks and weekday morning cartoon blocks may come back in the near future but if ABC CBS NBC and The CW could have a Saturday morning cartoon block as well as a weekday morning cartoon block it would be a huge success. But with streaming services such as Netflix being the kings and replacing the traditional TV set it seems that cartoons have found a new home on tablet apps as a way to keep a child busy while the parents work. But in TV Saturday Morning cartoon and weekday cartoon blocks had always been successful for stations while some have failed. Take for example NBC started out having Saturday Morning cartoons in the 80's and it was very successful and strong but in the 90's when NBC announced a debut of a Saturday edition of the Today Show cartoons bid farewell to NBC and then got replaced with the TNBC block of teen sitcoms. CBS had success with it's Saturday morning cartoon block with cartoons such as Garfield And Friends and CBS Storybreak it was proven to be a hit but what really caused them to fail was when they started focusing on their kids shows by putting shows and cartoons with the E/I label. But FOX was king of Saturday morning cartoon and weekday morning blocks by having successful cartoons like Bobby's World Eek The Cat Life With Louie and others but what I think caused FOX's cartoon blocks to fail was when they teamed up with 4Kids Entertainment and sponsored the 4Kids TV block but if it wasn't for the success of Mighty Morphin Power Rangers FOX would've never had a successful weekday afternoon cartoon block. But Saturday Morning as well as weekday cartoon blocks should make a comeback because kids need something to watch while they're eating their breakfast and getting dressed to go to school rather than have them play their tablets or video games and with a great cartoon block on any station kids would go wild over it
