I'm sorry if this one's been mentioned already (probably has), Bohemian Rhapsody by Queen.

Synchronicity 2 by The Police. The song seems to be about a man living his mundane life and (maybe) the Loch Ness monster. What any of that means or how they relate to each other or the song title I'll never understand. It's nonsense!

Valotte by Julian Lennon, who's John Lennon's older son. It was his debut single. If I remember, I've heard Valotte is a French chateau where he stayed at while writing for his first album and which inspired the song. It's a great song but the title's never mentioned once.
