How about this one:

I am a criminal known for my "girth".

Robert Stack described me as "rotund".

lol Good guess, but nope, not him.

And I wonder about UM's (and our) fascination with overweight criminals. Seems like UM always threw in some little remark to really make the point that only fat people committed the weirdest crimes or something. lol

Nope, not him either, but I love that segment!

One crime our mystery bad guy committed that was featured on UM happened in 1986 and he committed similar crimes in 12 states. His victims said that he had a nice way about him and was a likeable guy. His segment was aired in 1991 and he was captured due to a UM viewer's tip. It was then discovered that he was a wanted federal prison escapee!

Wish I could think of a good hint, but all the ones I come up with would give it away.

I remember, it's Michael John Sabo, aka Dr. Johnson and Dr. Fraud. For some reason I remembered the update when I saw it on spike and how they said that he was wanted for escaping from federal prison.

That's him! Michael John Sabo! Kind of a nifty article from 11/2010 here:

http://www.timesunion.com/local/arti...ime-826415.php

He's out of prison now and is a car salesman. He wants to start his own business teaching people how to avoid conmen and identity thieves like him. Something tells me I should probably skip that class. lol

Ok, I've got another one!

1. There was a freaky sketch of me.

2. I wanted to fly into Heathrow Airport in London.

3. I wore a black Cleopatra style wig.

Was it "sam", the guy dressed like a woman who went to the travel agent to get tickets to heathrow in the Bev McGowan (elaine parent) segment?
