I don't remember "Perfect Strangers" spinning off of another show. "Family Matters" spun off of "Perfect Strangers".

For me, it would be "Good Times", "Maude", and the much-maligned "Hello Larry" (which spun off of "Different Strokes").

That is the other way around. Green Acres (started in 1965) is a spin-off of Petticoat Junction (started in 1963).
