There was the episode where Fonzie said to his nephew Spike "There's a big difference between a life of cool and a life of crime."

Also, when any character said "Sit on it!"

Another favorite was when Richie sang "I found my thrill on Blueberry Hill."

Richie: "I am Richie Cunningham. And these are my friends."

Joanie: "Well..do you dig it?"
Howard: "No but I might bury it."

Richie: "There he is. Standing in the middle of a dry lake bed."
Ralph: "Yeah? And then five minutes later he broke another record."

Marion (to Joanie): "It's just that girls mature faster than boys, that's all."
Joanie: "Is that why Dad's so cranky all the time?"

Marion: "I like it when you're frisky, Howard."

Joanie: "And Jenny P. She invented the first see-through nightie."

Howard: "I'm not very good with my hands."
Marion: "Oh, I wouldn't say that."

Richie: "You make school sound like fun."
Fonzie: "Well, school's got good points. I mean, smoking in the bathroom, cutting classes, showing my tattoo to the chicks."

Richie: (to Mork) "Where am I gonna be in 1979?"
Mork: "Well, Mr. President..."

Richie: "Well, uh, then who is President?"
Mork: "Well, do you like peanuts?"
Richie: "I can take 'em or leave 'em."
Mork: "Then you'll like Jimmy."

Mork: "You remember Nixon?"
Richie: "Well yeah. Whatever -- "
Mork: "Don't ask."

Mork: "This is not Disney World!"

Fonzie: (to Mork) "In the future...two things I gotta know: Cars and girls."
Mork: "In 1979, both are faster."
Fonzie: "Both faster. Whoa."

(After Fonzie exits.):
Mork: "Wow. What a mellow dude."

The Fonz: You're dreaming about a girl you've never met?

Richie Cunningham: Come on, Fonz, haven't you ever dreamed?

The Fonz: Hey I'm not the dreamer! I'm the dreamee!

[Fonzie's feet are sore from dancing and needs to be held up]

Fonzie: Aaaay, I'm up and moving!

Richie Cunningham: You're in La-La land, Fonz.

Fonzie: Let me tell ya, it's a lot of fun in La-La land!
