I wonder if anyone can find where the supposed picture of Tara Calico was found.

LooksLikeCRicci, here is the Joe Cole murder site. The house is located at 809 Brooks Avenue in Venice, California.

Wow! Did UM use it in their re-enactment, too? It looks awfully familiar.

Thanks, dynoguy!

Sure looks like it. Everything matches up with the house in the segment.

Thanks dynoguy....here's the pic I took of the Wacker house back in 09. It's blurry b/c I took it while driving. I haven't been on in awhile, so I'm catching up. Good to know it's on streetview now.

Note the lime green trim around the front door and window. If you watch the segment, there's a photo of Bill and Dorothy taken in front of the house, and you can see the bright colored trim in the background. It's the photo where Bill is wearing his "Retired" hat.

JRA2000.... is it wrong that I find it wildly hilarious that your picture is the product of a drive-by (camera) shooting?

Considering the case of the Wackers, I find it oddly fitting.

TARA CALICO:

This is the Calico home located at 403 Bruggs Drive in Belen, New Mexico. Tara left here on September 20, 1988 for her usual 34 mile bike ride. After she vanished, the Calico family lived here for 15 more years before moving to Florida in 2003.

Highway 47 was Tara's traditional bike route. Several witnesses saw her there that morning. This next photo is the spot where 2 hunters reported seeing Tara riding with the 1954 Ford pickup truck right on her tail. Note: The homes seen in the distance were not there in 1988.

Captain Donald Donges of the Valencia County Sheriff's Department was vague with the details on a video featured on the forbidden site. But he thinks the general area shown in the final photo was where Tara died. This was also apparently where police found marks in the dirt where a bike was dragged the day she vanished.

Apparently officers claim to know who the killers are. They were boys at the time, now men. Their parents helped them cover the crime scene (getting rid of the bike, the body and covering the blood with sand.) But without a body, the police don't have the hard evidence to convict their suspects.

Las Cruces Bowling Alley: It looks quite a bit different and buildings are now where the vacant field was. You can still see the part that juts out where the doors are. This is still a bowling alley:

Roger Dean's House: Highlighted...looks like they filmed the segment at a different location than the actual house. Found this exact house address from an old article:

Can anyone post pictures of the Kathy Hobbs locations (house, route she should've taken to and from the store, where she was found)? Much appreciated.

This is a tough one. I can't find any articles online about the Kathy Hobbs case other than an Unsolved Mysteries wiki article, which basically states everything that's mentioned in the segment.

The segment did say that the 24 hour supermarket where she bought her book was on the corner of Desert Inn Road & Maryland Parkway in Las Vegas. But looking at the corner on street view, I'm not sure which corner is the right one. Right now, there's an Applebee's on one corner, a Carl Junior Burger place on another corner and a liquor store on the other corner. It's a major intersection and it's not surprising that the businesses are different than what they were in 1987 when Kathy was kidnapped.

According to the segment, the apartment complex where she lived with her mother and sister was just a block and half from the supermarket. When snooping around, I found a couple apartment complexes nearby but I'm not sure which one is the right one.

As to where Kathy's body was found, I don't think it's even available on street view because she was dumped somewhere in the desert.

What's really difficult is with Vegas' expansions she could have been dumped in what was the desert then. But now has a street going trough it.

I-70 SERIAL KILLER:

This is the Woodson Village Shopping Center in Raytown, Missouri. The address is 11501 63rd St. The arrow is pointing to the card shop where Sarah Blessing was shot and killed on May 7, 1992. The killer simply walked up the embankment to 63rd Street (seen on the far right of the photo) and vanished. This street is an access road to Interstate 70.
