The thing that always bugged me was how Eastland only seemed to have a hand full of students and faculty. It was supposed be a well to do ivy league school, but looked barren.

Yeah, there definitely were episodes where it's like, "Where are other students?"

This is one reason I prefer Season 1 over Seasons 2-4: you will see at least 7 students in every episode, sometimes more. In Seasons 2-4, it's sometimes like there are tumbleweeds blowing through the school. The girls and Edna fill every role in the school.

But this is the Mahoney Perm thread.

Right? We always protest over the horrible perm she had, but that's not fair to her; she really did look perfectly lovely in "I.Q."! Not the ideal hairstyle, but with the perm being relaxed, and a wardrobe update, she sure did look a whole lot better.

Now I'm doubly glad this thread is here, so Miss Mahoney can finally be seen to have been attractive in 1 episode! (poor Miss Mahoney! lol)

I picked the IQ one. She looks terrible in the other two and the IQ isn't much of an improvement either. Come to think of it, I liked her hair best here:

Are you kidding?? Compared to the other two she's got "the Rachel"!

At least for me, lol.

Mrs. Garrett would probably say "Bite your tongue!" to that. ...but she actually does resemble her there.
