But she was only 14 and he was in his 20s?? Eeewwwww!

It was quiet common for the early season FOL girls to date boys played by actors in their 20s. All of the Bates Academy "boys" were in the 20s. Must have had a horrible education there is they still had 20 somethings in high school.

I'm not surprised she did that.

Yes! But that's it? From you? I thought you would be more excited! You were from back in the '80s, and this is the '80s teen screen queen with one of the hottest "rocker chicks" of the decade! What an unbelievable powerhouse pairing! What a fabulous "never-before-seen" photo that takes us way back!

And like they used to say in those 1980s TV ads, "But wait! There's more!"

Look! Susanna responded to one of Molly's comments to Susanna's post! This is so cool!! It's like they're real everyday people! Wow, this is a real celebrity/celebrity interaction on social media and we get to witness it!

It's cool. But what would be more exciting, to me, would be Molly liking one of Julie Anne's posts, or commenting on Lisa's status, or... something like that. Or Molly standing in front of Harwood Hall at Pomona College, much like that recent photo of Courteney Cox standing in front of the apartment building. THAT's what would drive me to the next level of excitement.

Heck, I'd settle for Molly posting a photo of herself and Geri, with John Lawlor cropped out of it!

It's more than just "cool". That's what I would expect a millennial to say, not you!

I get what you're saying because of course we'd love Molly/FOLgirls interaction, but just taking this as it is for something vintage from the 1980s, that we would not have seen were it not for the Internet, this is WAY cool.

Hey guys, look! FORTY YEARS LATER and Sue Ann is STILL getting Natalie and Tootie to dish about what they overheard Blair's mom and Nina's dad saying on Parents' Night!

"You two ought to be ashamed of yourselves! You had no right to eavesdrop, or even to be there.... But as long as you were, what else did they say?!"

Blair: "My Mom ran off with Nina's Dad and I never saw her begin. I needed to get one of my stepmoms to play the role of my mom in later years".
