I agree. Time for fresh new crime shows and I prefer Dick Wolf to concentrate on his new franchise. At least let L&O SVU go out with a bang.

NBC sucks! I was watching 3 NBC shows since January (the most in a long time) and 2 of them were cancelled. Growing Up Fisher is their 1st comedy I've seen double digit episodes of in forever. It had better retention from About a Boy than ABB did from The Voice (usually only two or three tenths off) and deserved nurturing. And Believe had terrible ratings but so does Hannibal and it gets 9 lives. plus pulling the episode that would have aired on my birthday, grrr. I hope all of the Believe and GUF runs get to air.

NBC has bitten Dracula, it is cancelled. Parenthood remains the last broadcast show whose fate has not been decided yet.

From the Deadline article about the Hannibal season 3 renewal:

"The NBC TV series Hannibal is done under a different model, which allows the producers to make it for a $750,000 license fee from NBC, a fraction of what a high-end drama like that goes for. And with a subscription-video-on-demand (SVOD) deal for Hannibal kicking in that NBC shares in, the license fee may become even lower in season 3."

I'm willing to boycott NBC primetime (because I don't watch it anyway) but I absolutely will not give up Days of Our Lives. It's the only thing I watch on NBC.

So there is another reason why they discontinued both community and growing up fisher in the wrong time:

No more Thursday Night NBC comedy blocks.

NBC should have kept Believe and Crisis last night, the Saturday Night Lice special did worse!
And yes, the spelling is intentional, I think SNL is highly overrated.

Well, that special has been aired tons of times, is aired regularly on cable, and readily available on DVD. It did pretty well the first time it aired back in 2010

SNL has been overrated and dead for 3 decades.
