Default Looks like how you picture Peekskill ?

I found this online live stream camera of Harbor Springs. When the camera pans to the left, I thought the street looks a lot like how I picture Peekskill to be on the street of Edna's Edibles. Just want to post it and share with everyone here for fun to see your opinions.

Harbor Springs and Peekskill are two different places.

For me, the trees look right, but the buildings feel very Midwestern (Harbor Springs is in Michigan, in the Midwest). The video shows a two-story downtown, for example, instead of the three-story downtown you'd expect from a community in densely-populated New York.

This is how I imagined Peekskill, and it is a photo of part of downtown Peekskill.

Since Peekskill is a real place and I been there a few times, I can't picture anything else other than Peekskill, but Peekskill.

cool picture, thanks for sharing. when you were in Peekskill, did you see any storefronts that resembled what Edna's Edibles was trying to be ?At the TV land awards when the core 4+Mrs G were there, the interviewer asked them if they had been to Peekskill for their reunion and they laughed and said no.

Yes, I have. Had a college gf who lived there and still does. Peekskill is about 6 times as big as Catskill. Catskill has fallen on hard times.

What do you mean by Catskill has fallen on hard times? Because of COVID 19 or what?

No, before COVID. Lots of vacant store fronts downtown.

I have never been to Peekskill, Catskill, or even New York (the city or the state).

I have, however, lived in and visited some of the LA-area FOL landmarks. And I've been to Wisconsin.

I have never been to Wisconsin, but just the thought of it reminds me so much of MRS G aka CHARLOTTE RAE.....

I can see Blair walking down that street, salting the pavement with a salt shaker....

I don’t have much free time these days, but I wish I had trekked into Peekskill some random weekend when I had nothing to do.

If you do go to Peekskill, SM, be sure to take plenty of photos and post them here. We will enjoy them!
