Happy Belated Thanksgiving. I hope everyone enjoyed their day.

Happy Belated Thanksgiving. I spent it alone as usual. It's the 4th year in a row where I have been alone. It used to be my mother and me for a few years since my grandmother died. Now, my mother is gone and it's just not the same.

Sad to hear that...

I had Thanksgiving with my sister. She made three types of turkey breasts, mashed potatoes with the skins, stuffing, garlic sweet potatoes, corn, pumpkin pie, cherry crisp, and a trifle from the episode of Friends...I even asked my sister for the trifle recipe.

She also made the popcorn snack from A Charlie Brown Thanksgiving and made jezebell by using mango-habanero jam on cream cheese...I put the jam on the Cajun turkey she made.

Is there a way to make turkey breasts not dry?
