Happy Days: Tom Bosley & Marion Ross outlived Pat Morita. (Pat Morita & Al Molinaro, as far as I know, were never costars at the same time.)

Reviving this thread from the dead:

Mannix (1967-75): Mike Connors, Joe Campanella, and Jack Ging have all outlived Robert Reed and Gail Fisher.

And I don't know if this has been mentioned already or not:

King of the Hill: Mike Judge, Kathy Najimy, Pamella Segall Adlon, Toby Huss all outlived Brittany Murphy.

Hayden Roarke was gay, so his not being married was hardly a surprise.

Steve Landesberg was born in 1936; so he was older than Ron Glass, who was born in 1945. Mr. Landesberg had given another, later, date for his birth for many years.

In this case, Landesberg was also older than Max Gail, who wasn't born until 1943.

I still find it amazing that Abe (and to a lesser extent, Hal) has outlived Steve. Abe will probably outlive EVERYONE from the show!!
