Wow, Touched will air all three hours in primetime. I think with all the episodes that are on now the 11AM-1PM should be given to another show like I Love Lucy.

This channel makes the most perplexing schedule changes...apparently their movies every night had really gone down in the ratings--mainly because you see the same ones like a 100 times! Now they are going to burn people out on TBAA?

I know. They are trying to get away from the murder/mystery ones (which is what they mainly aired) so I guess there aren't many. They aired that Mending Fences movie tons of times over the weekend, and now again Friday

That is way too much TBAA. They should do a Cheers block from 11am-1pm.

They should try something like Cheers for the block at least for 2 weeks as a test. Apparently Golden didn't do so hot, since it is not staying in prime. But then again Hallmark is running that show into the ground!

Cheers didn't do so well 1-2am, Golden Girls did decent at 10. But Touched by an Angel does well for them in prime. That 2 week schedule was just temporary.

I hope Cheers does better on WGN than it has on Hallmark.

I think Cheers will fit a lot better on WGN. It really just doesn't fit between The Golden Girls and I Love Lucy IMO.

They would never consider, but if I were Hallmark, I'd try this:

8:00AM-9:00AM I Love Lucy
9:00AM-10:00AM Cheers
10:00AM-12:00PM The Golden Girls
12:00PM Touched By An Angel
1:00PM-3:00PM 7th Heaven
3:00PM-5:00PM Little House on the Prairie
5:00PM-7:00PM M*A*S*H
7:00PM-9:00PM Touched By An Angel
9:00PM Movie
11:00PM-1:00AM The Golden Girls
1:00AM-2:00AM Cheers
2:00AM-3:00AM I Love Lucy

At least remove 2 hours of The Golden Girls. That's too much.

For them to remove movies, Pavan, for now three weeks.....that means movies have been bombing, correct?

I don't like this. 7th Heaven lasted over a year from 1-3PM, I don't see how it could all of a sudden be doing bad, they were still advertising it plenty. As much as I love Touched by an Angel the daytime hours aren't necessary, 8-11PM is good enough. And 4 straight hours of The Golden Girls in the mornings is pathetic.

If the Golden Girls had a 10 or 11 season run, I could see using it that much. They need to buy The Golden Palace and add it to the rotation. Heck, buy Empty Nest and Nurses too!!

Hallmark is one wacky channel....

I'm totally loving Touched by an Angel for 3 hours in primetime!! The show was on for 9 seasons so the viewer won't get burnt out on the same re-runs (*cough* NCIS. *cough*)

I can never get enough of the message of TBAA. It's great to come home and watch after a long, hectic day at work.

This is a sad day for "Heaven" fans like myself. I'm thankful though that the DVD releases are continuing. Seasons 1-8 are out, and following the usual release schedule for the show, we should see season 9 on DVD by late November/Early December, season 10 on DVD in March and/or June of next year, and the final season by Christmas 2010.

In New York City, I do not get WGN, so I guess thats it for me! Hallmark can be flip-floppy though, and we could see this show back in a month, lol!
