Default Would Don Herbert Have Sued Total Television

Here's something worth pondering. When the Tooter Turtle segments debuted in 1960 as a segment on the Saturday morning cartoon series King Leonardo and his Short Subjects, would Don Herbert, best known as TV science guru Mr. Wizard sue Total Television for using the name of his character for Mr. Wizard the Lizard?

It might have been a legitimate case since Watch Mr. Wizard taught many young viewers about science and if the title of his show was copywright, He would have sued Total Television for using the Mr. Wizard name without permission.

Feel free to post your thoughts on this subject.
