Bringing Up Jack aired from May until June 1995 on ABC.
Stand up comic Jack Gallagher starred in this short-lived family sitcom about a Philadelphia sports talk show host and his new family. Jack McMahon ( Gallagher) had recently married Ellen ( Harley Jane Kozak), who was pregnant with their first child, and who also brought along 2 kids by a previous marriage-long haired Ryan ( Matthew Lawrence), and cute little Molly ( Kathryn Zaremba). Goofy Jack tried to bond with his new stepkids, while sensible Ellen delt with the one " in the oven." Down at station WST ( AM 1040"), Jack confided in his fat co-host and best friend Artie ( Jeff Garlin), who frankly, was more interested in that plate of doughnuts over there.
