Sigmund and the Sea Monsters aired from September 1973 until October 1975 on NBC.
On this live-action Saturday morning sitcom two brothers , Johnny and Scott ( Johnny Whitaker, Scott Kolden)took in a refugee sea monster, Sigmund Ooz ( voice of Billy Barty) and helped him elude the other members of his monstrous family. Others in the cast included Mary Wickes as Zelda, the Stuart family's housekeeper; Rip Taylor as Sheldon the Sea Genie; Fran Ryan as Gertrude; and Sparky Marcus as Shelby.
Si Rose was the executive producer for Sid and Marty Kroft Productions.
