It's About Time ran from September 1966 until August 1967 on CBS.
After their space capsule made a wrong turn and cracked the time barrier, astronauts Hector and Mac ( Jack Mullaney, Frank Aletter), discovered that they were headed back to a world much different from the one they had left. They landed in a swamp in the middle of Earth's Stone Age, not far from a tribe of cave dwellers.
Their new neighbors and friends included: Shad and Gronk ( Imogene Coca, Joe E. Ross) , a friendly prehistoric couple; Mlor and Breer ( Mary Grace, Pat Cardi), their two children; Clon ( Mike Mazurki), the tribe's bully and Boss( Cliff Norton), the crafty tribal chief.
In the episode of January 22, the astronauts were finally able to repair their spaceship and return to the 20th Century, bringing Shad, Gronk and their children back with them. The prehistoric cave couple had more trouble adjusting to modern-day Los Angeles than the astronauts did in the prehistoric world!Mr Tyler ( Alan DeWitt), was the superintendent of their apartment building.
