Packard was born in Glendale, Calif., and grew up in Arizona. She later moved to Canyon Country, Calif., and won the title of Miss California Pre-Teen in 1988.


She soon began landing guest-starring roles on such series as "The Wonder Years," "Blossom," "Step by Step," "Baywatch," "Living Dolls," "What a Dummy," "Wake, Rattle and Roll" and "Boy Meets World." She also had a featured role in the film "And You Thought Your Parents Were Weird." She made her "California Dreams" debut on September 12, 1992.


Away from the studios, Packard enjoys volleyball, tennis, basketball, softball and horseback-riding. She has an older brother and two younger stepbrothers. Her birthday is January 29.
