The Richard Pryor Show was one of the most controversial shows of the 1970's. It aired from September-October 1977 and among the regulars were Sandra Bernhard, Tim Reid, Marsha Warfield and Robin Williams. The show was constantly getting into trouble with NBC censors and after a month of getting clobbered in the ratings by Happy Days, the show was cancelled. The picture above is from the recently released DVD cover of the show.
