Poster: Stuck In The '70's  (see this users gallery)

The Charlie Farrell Show aired from July until September 1956 on CBS.

The Charlie Farrell Show was originally telecast as the 1956 summer replacement for I Love Lucy. It was the semi-autobiographical story of its star, as the stories were all based on actual incidents that had occurred at the Racquet Club, the exclusive Palm Springs, California, resort owned and managed by Mr. Farrell. Charlie had problems with everybody-the resort's manager, Sherman Hull ( Richard Deacon); the chef Pierre ( Leon Askin); his nephew Rodney ( Jeff Silver); his housekeeper, Mrs. Papernow (Kathryn Card); and even his lovable father Dad ( Charles Winninger). Charlie's girlfriend was Doris Mayfield (Noreen Nash).

Reruns of the series were aired by NBC in 1957 and by CBS in 1960.
