Don Gardner ( David Groh, Rhoda's ex on Rhoda), was a somewhat old-fashioned young businessman ( an advertising executive ) trying to live up to his expectations of the American dream despite limited finances. Even with the extra income provided by his wife Ginny( Joan Hackett) who had recently returned to work at an insurance company , their never seemed to be enough money. With an inhibited 12 year old son Mark ( Al Eisenmann) and a totally uninhibited teenage daughter Kelly( Lisa Lindgren), things were never normal in the Gardner family. Adding to the confusion was Don's complaining mother , Olive ( Hope Summers), who completed the household.
Created by James Komack, the half-hour series was produced by Paul Mason. Paul Williams composed and sang the show's theme.

uploading any photos. Only ".jpg" files will upload - ".jpeg", ".gif", ".png" or any other image
format will not work. You will need to convert them to ".jpg". Please upload only sitcom
and tv related photos.
To request any photos be removed, please use the "Report Photo" link that is the bottom of
every photo if you are registered and logged in. This is the quickest and easiest method. You can also
send an e-mail with the url of the photo(s). We will also gladly credit or
link to any site that is the original source of any photos.
