Original caption: Charles Ruggles, film comedian has turned serious, that is, he's serious about the business of becoming a gentleman farmer, on a recently purchased acreage near San Fernando California, just out of Hollywood. On his ranch, titled "See-Are", he's raising all sorts of livestock. In this picture, he's turning over his first profits. It's all a family affair, as he sells a dozen eggs to his nephew, Wesley Ruggles Jr., and his mother, Mrs.Wesley Ruggles (Arline Judge of the screen).
