There have been numerous Three's Company related specials in the past couple of years. E! True Hollywood Story: Three's Company was probably the best one. On this page I'll talk about all the specials that I've seen in the past few years.
E! True Hollywood Story: Three's Company
First Aired: Sunday, December 27, 1998
Plot: In this special it talks about the history of the show and disputes between Joyce DeWitt and Suzanne Somers. It basically is a must see for a Three's Company fan. Interviews include John Ritter, Joyce DeWitt, Suzanne Somers, Norman Fell (last interview), Don Knotts, Richard Kline, and much much more. Has info on spinoffs The Ropers and Three's a Crowd as well.
My Grade: A+, It's 2 Hours!
When is it airing again?: To find out when it is airing go to TVGrid.com and search "True Hollywood Story" or "Three's Company". Or you can find out from me on the mailing list or the message board.
Entertainment Tonight Weekend: Three's Company

First Aired: October 16/17/18, 1999
Plot: Has bios on each cast member, what they did, what they are doing today. Basically like E!'s but an hour less. It also had a poll in which to see of the cast should have a reunion, and about 90% of the viewers want one! Has cast interviews but not as much as E!'s.
My Grade: A, I liked the bios!
When is it airing again?: I don't know if it will air again, since they show a different sitcom/TV show special each weekend. But try TVGrid.com and search "Entertainment Tonight". I'll post on the list and message board if it airs again.
TV Guide's Truth Behind the Sitcom Scandals I: Partridge Family, Three's Company and The Brady Bunch

First Aired: September 28, 1999
Plot: Interviews with John, Joyce, Suzanne, and couple producers. It was only about 10-15 minutes long since they talked about 2 other sitcoms as well. It talked about the dispute with Suzanne, and why the show was such a hit and a success.
My Grade: B+, this could have been an A but it was not long enough.
When is it airing again?: Try TVGrid.com and search "Truth Behind the Sitcoms" I'll post on the mailing list and message board if it airs again.
CBS's The Early Show: Three's Company Retro Reunion

First Aired: March 15th, 2001
Plot: A short mini-reunion, reuniting John Ritter ands Joyce DeWitt.
My Grade: A, only about 5 minutes long, but hey it's Three's Company related! Could have been an A+ with more cast members.
Where Can I watch it again?: You can actually watch it, by clicking here and clicking on the video link on that section.
Others:

Family Feud (May 1978): The first Family Feud one hour primetime special had the cast of Three's Company, The Love Boat, Soap, and Eight is Enough. And you know who wins it all (Of course, Three's Company). On hand were Norman Fell, John Ritter, Audra Lindley, Joyce DeWitt, and Richard Kline. The cast of The Ropers also were part of a primetime special in 1979, Family Feud's 8th primetime special, Norman Fell, Audra Lindley, Jeffrey Tambor, Patricia McCormack, and Lois Areno were on hand.
Inside Editon (First Aired: Fall 1998): Very heated interviews between Joyce and Suzanne. Have to see what I mean. John was funny as he said something like, let us all 3 makeup in a hot tub.
FOX's Behind the Laughs: (Summer 1998): John Ritter interviewed, basically about how Three's Company was made from England's Man About the House.
Maury Povich: Three's Company Reunion (May 1991): John (on phone), Joyce, Jenilee Harrison, and Richard Kline were there. (I missed this, but I have seen it on tape as someone very nice sent it to me, thanks!)
EXTRA: I missed this one as well, talked about the Joyce-Suzanne battle.
More Classic TV Bloopers: (Feb 15, 2002 on ABC) - Although this is not a Three's Company special, a Three's Company blooper was shown in this. The blooper was from episode "Double Trouble," John Ritter messed up on his line while Joyce DeWitt walks in.
ABC's 50th Anniversary Blooper Celebration Part 1: Aired on Monday, April 29, 2003 with Joyce DeWitt presenting a ton of bloopers to host Dick Clark. View the photos:
