Introduction:

Have MERCY! Another season of Full House has rapidly found its way to DVD! All 24 Season Seven episodes are included in this fun for everyone in the family sitcom.

The seventh season finds Jesse (JOHN STAMOS) inheriting a club, Joey (DAVE COULIER) falls for an obnoxious comedienne, Michelle (MARY-KATE and ASHLEY OLSEN) entering a soapbox derby, DJ (CANDACE CAMERON) worrying about her SATs and Stephanie (JODIE SWEETIN) enters a new school. But the biggest shift of the season happens when Danny (BOB SAGET) receives a surprising offer to sell his house ... will he take the offer? You have to buy the set to find out!

Memorable Episodes / Notable Guest Stars:

Memorable episodes this season include: "Wrong Way Tanner" in which Michelle's soccer debut is a disaster. "Tough Love" in which Becky and Jesse realize they must learn to say "no" to their rowdy twins. "Fast Friends" is the one in which Stephanie gains a new friend who pressures her to start smoking. "Smash Club: The Next Generation" in which Jesse becomes owner of a club. "Another Opening, Another No Show" in which opening night at the Smash Club may be closing night: everything that can go wrong does. "The Test" in which DJ's struggle to raise her SAT score leads to a nightmare involving bunny slippers, a burrito and Vanna White. "Joey's Funny Valentine" in which Joey's sweetheart is a comic with a mean sense of humor. "Kissing Cousins" is the one in which honesty is relative when Jesse's look-alike cousin visits and takes advantage of the Tanners. "Michelle a la Cart" in which Michelle competes against the guys in a soapbox derby and finally, "A House Divided" in which Danny gets an offer on the house ... at twice it's value. Is it time for the household to split up and move on?

Guest stars include Tahj Mowry, Jurnee Smollett, Miko Hughes, Gail Edwards, Marla Sokoloff, Marcia Wallace, Justin Cooper, Vanna White, Beverly Archer, Little Richard and Suzanne Somers.

Packaging:

The set is slip-sleeve. It's green and blue in color and features the entire cast on the cover. The four adults (Saget, Loughlin, Stamos and Coulier) are on the top and the three girls (Olsen, Sweetin, Cameron) are on the bottom. The back of the box features a nice description of the sitcom as well as three color photographs.

The slip sleeve cases, front and back, list the episodes, and a brief description as well as what disc they can be found on. Also featured are several photographs from the episodes themselves. There are two slip-sleeve cases and each case holds two discs (which are all blue in color). Inside both slip-sleeve cases is a photo of the entire cast including Andrea Barber and Scott Weinger. Disc 1 features Stephanie, Michelle and DJ and contains episodes 1-6. Disc 2 features Danny and contains episodes 7-12. Disc 3 features Joey and contains episodes 13-18. Disc 4 features Jesse and Becky and contains episodes 19-24.

Menu Design and Navigation:

The menu itself is similar to past releases. It features a colorful background similar to the main box art. The entire family's portrait is next to the menu selections and show logo. The options are "Play" which is a play all option. "Episodes" which takes you to a sub-menu that lists the episodes on that particular disc and "Languages" in which you can select English as the spoken language and English for the subtitles. The theme song, with lyrics, loops in the background.

Video and Audio Quality:

Another great release; the video is very good as is the audio so there's nothing to be worried about. Episodes are likely uncut, running a good 24 minutes in length almost. There are chapter skips available on each episode, which is always a handy feature!

Special Features:

Final Comments:

Another fine release by Warner! I'm still disappointed there aren't any bonus features and I'm sure the core Full House fans are as well. It's such a shame as I just know almost all of the cast would be more than willing to participate! It's a true shame and Warner is missing out. Despite this, it's still a good release, and it's a popular show, so I probably don't even have to encourage you all to go out and buy it! One more season to go and ANOTHER set of mine wraps up...
