My opinions:

Funnier: David
Hotter: Mark (no question about it!)
A Better Character: David (he is the only male character that i've seen on TV who doesn't have to act "stong and manly")
A Better Actor: Johnny Galecki (David had a wider range of emotions but I don't think Glenn Guinn is a bad actor)

Funnier: David
Hotter: Mark (Not even close LOL)
A Better Character: David
A Better Actor: Glenn Guinn. Galecki was one dimensional imo.

I think David is better in any and which way, and Johnny is a better actor!
