Best Carly on "GH"?

Which actress that has played Carly on "General Hospital" do you like the best?

Tamara, although I really liked Sarah and I wouldn't mind seeing her as Carly again.

My vote went to Sarah because she showed more depth and range in her acting, whereas Tamara has done nothiing but scream and swing her arms.... She has shown no real growth or maturity as an actress... Plus Sarah has the Emmys to prove it (2 as Younger Actress and 1 as Supporting actress.)

Intresting side note- If Sarah Brown had been nominated in 2001 for her final year as Carly in the category of Lead Actress (where she had placed herself to compte) and if she won she would be the ONLY actress in Daytime Emmy History to win in all 3 categories (younger, supporting and lead). This has never been done before.

this girl they got now is a total babe, but sarah brown was a babe that could do the role extremely good.
i feel the recast for looks.

Actually the recast because Sarah Browns contract expired and she opted to leave the show to presue "other oppurtunities" instead of resigning. But i bet that they did take looks into considertation when recasting...

It's to hard for me to decided. They are both truely talented for different reasons. Sara Borwn had a lot of depth to her acting, and yes, the awards showed that. But i think that tamara, has proven that she can hold her own. She has gotten better then when she first started. She has a different depth of character then Sara, so IMO that makes her just as good as an actress, she didn't try, and copy her to please the sara fans she made the charter her own, and has done an excellent job of doing so IMO.

Tamara Braun. I will say that from little of daytime TV I've seen in the past few months, Laura Wright has really brought some bite, snap, and backbone to Carly. Never cared for Sarah Brown. Never saw Jennifer Bransford.
