Mr. Hat is a stroke of genius, splitting Mr. Garret's personality with him. I like when he takes off on his own occasionally, makes you wonder if there's something magical to him.

That Garrison ticks me off, he doesn't know what to do with himself.And then has the audacity to try to have a threesome with Chef and Cartman's mother, oh boy!
