Default Back to the Future, The Probem with Part II

Although I'm a big fan of ALL three movies, there's something I noticed that the second movie lacked. The first one, Marty traveled back to 1955. He had to get his parents back together. Even though he time traveled, the movie was more about the characters involved and not the actual time travel. Whereas in Part II, it seemed to be more focused on the time traveling. The third movie of course, had Doc and Clara in love, so that made that movie alright. At times, I actually like Part III the most.

Plus, I liked Claudia Wells (Jennifer, Part I) better than Elizabeth Shue (Jennifer, Parts II & III).

What does everyone else think?

The videos are numbered but the early ones aren't as good. #3 is where I really get going.

I think Part II is the most underrated of the three.

My favourite was part 2. The parts I liked especially were the scenes in 2015. I thought it was most fun. Part 3- i hated the Wild West theme, and part 3 is never off tv. Notice how sometimes one sequel is shown more than the rest of the films in the series? I've seen Beverly Hills Cop 2, Naked Gun 33 1/3 and Back to the Future Part 3 so many times now!

Two was pretty good, but I just love the first one.

I still liked Part II, I was just stating the differences between the three films. I always enjoyed it when Marty and Doc returned to 1985, only to find it was the screwed up version, where George McFly had been murdered.

According to the DVD, they hadn't planned a sequel when they made the first film. Even though they say "To Be Continued" at the end. One of the guys said that if they were planning a second film, they never would have put Jennifer in the DeLorean with Marty and Doc at the end. So that's why Parts II & III have a different feel than the first one. Because they worked on the last two parts at the same time.
