Default Taxi on local NBC

Taxi airs on my local NBC affiliate on Sunday nights at 1 a.m.! There are 2 airings....2 lonely airings a week. I just discovered this last weekend and while I'm excited it will take me a coon's age to tape them all.

Does Taxi air locally at a regular, normal schedule for anyone aside from this 2 days a week thing?

How it all came down to this, only the Devil knows. Retail Rodeo is at the corner on my left. The motel is down the road to my right. I close my eyes and try to peer into the future. On my left, I saw days upon days of lipstick and ticking clocks, dirty looks and quiet whisperings. And burning secrets that just won't ever die away. And on my right, what could I picture? The blue sky, the desert earth, stretching out into the eerie infinity. A beautiful never-ending nothing.

Taxi is one of those older shows that basically airs almost everywhere. Here in the NYC area it airs 5 days a week at 3:30am and on Saturdays 6-7pm and midnight on WPIX WB11.

Taxi airs on my local FOX station, usually just as filler for sports or movies. Which is a shame because they air two episodes of MASH everynight and an episode of Cheers nightly too.

I wish wish I got WPIX because it also airs The Odd Couple. Iwill have to go with the 2 a week for now I guess but I'd love to get more copies of it quicker than 8 a month

well I'm happy to have the 2 a weekend here, better than nothing but I hope to find it somewhere else on a more regular basis.

I bought a pre taped tape a while back - some Best of Andy Kauffman thing and they were really funny. I really enjoyed them.

It was airing on WB 56 here in Boston on and off for a little bit, but I think it's off now Yet, we get two episodes a night of Friends, Will & Grace, and Everybody Loves Raymond on that station. Oh, joy! </sarcasm>

Taxi airs on my local Fox affiliate on weekends, but it was on every night up until last year. They also air House Calls (with Wayne Rogers) on the weekends. Isn't that weird, of all old sitcoms to rerun they show House Calls.
